Welcome to LINEA, Contemporary Surf Haven
LINEA is comprised of two gated houses: a 2-bedroom with 2.5 bath (sleeps 4) and a 4-bedroom with 4.5 bath (sleeps 10). Designed to be used independently or collectively - your own private compound nestled in the Costa Rican Blue Zone in Nosara, North Guiones. Ideally located on the quiet street of Calle Los Mangos, LINEA is just a 7-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, Playa Guiones; A famous world-class, UNESCO, family friendly surf destination. Yoga and Wellness studios, fantastic dining, markets, shops and juice bars are a short walk away.

We acknowledge the sacred ground of Playa Guiones, where the ocean’s rhythm and the land’s stillness hold the echoes of the Chorotega people. Here, on this coastline shaped by time and care, we feel the presence of those who have walked these sands and honored this place for generations.
As we pick our line across these waves, we are guided by a deeper pull, a quiet respect for the legacy woven into the fabric of this land and sea. We honor the Chorotega’s enduring relationship with this coast, where each path is chosen with reverence, each movement attuned to the natural flow.
